About JobWe are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to support HR operations for our Healthcare warehouses in Tuzla, İstanbul.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
- Coordinating monthly payroll processes and resolving payroll-related inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with labor law, company policies, and HR procedures
- Supporting managers on disciplinary processes, performance management, and employee relations matters
- Preparing HR reports, metrics, and documentation
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Experience in payroll processes and HR operations
- Good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience in logistics or operational environments is an advantage
