Job Responsibilities:
Develop and set standards for recruitment, compensation management, employee development, and labor relations.
Establish and monitor compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations.
Prepare annual workforce planning and budget plans.
Review payroll reports to ensure accuracy.
Create personnel development plans and evaluation methods aligned with actual performance requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, Political Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR manufacturing.
Knowledgeable in recruitment, labor laws, welfare, and human resource management.
Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, proactive, with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email.
Able to work in Ban Chang, Rayong.
Skills Required
