What will you be responsible for
Service Line Employee Experience focuses on robust oversight and effective operational delivery of Time Management activities, continuously enhancing the Employee Experience through self-service content to empower and support our workforce.
Specific Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
Supporting the prioritisation of Employee Experience across the function,
Completing assigned HR activities in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with local (Poland) legislative requirements
Co-ordinating and ensuring effective and time data flow of critical information to downstream recipients e.g. Payroll
Managing and responding to employee queries for Time Management
Preparing and distributing Time Management reporting (scheduled & ad hoc) to stakeholders
Identifying process improvements to simplify operational delivery and enhance experience for employees and managers
Complying with country specific regulations (Labor Code, GDPR etc) as well as State Street specific Governance programs
Partnering with other Service Lines in Global Time Management to enhance service offerings including self-service and AI
Additional Duties
You’ll also be expected to :
Support on the delivery of Global Time Management’s overall strategy
Maintain practical knowledge of Time specific regulations and take an active role when regulatory changes happen
Build and maintain effective relationships with our internal stakeholders and our 3rd Party provider, PwC Poland, ensuring a high quality level of service is maintained for our employees
Align to the global operating model, supporting other countries and processes if required
What are we looking for
You should be an HR professional, experienced in HR Operations / Administration with a strong understanding of the Polish Labour Code (specific to Time Management including Working Time rules), and delivering service to enhance Employee Experience.
Your experience should include:
Detailed knowledge and understanding of Time Management rules and regulations in Poland
Working in an HR Administration function with knowledge of Operational HR business processes
Delivering high quality work in a dynamic business environment, preferably in a global organisation
Handling queries from employees and managers, including the ability to provide advice and guidance on Time Management related regulations and processes to them
Use of various IT systems including MyWorkday and Enova (beneficial)
Managing risk and limiting exposure

Keen attention to detail and accuracy
High level of confident, effective communication, written and verbal in English

Minimum Salary:
zł87,000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
