Job Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions of this job position include but are not limited to, the following tasks and duties an employee encounters while performing this job.
- Drive HR operations efficiency and ensure accurate delivery of HR services, analyze trends to improve processes, and tailor solutions to address diverse employee needs and evolving organizational scenarios.
- Harmonize HR processes across functions to promote consistency, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency, while elevating the employee experience and ensuring care in every interaction.
- Develop, implement, manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Create and maintain employee records, create comprehensive HR documentation, job aids, and process guides to support team members and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the finance and internal HR team on payroll, budgeting, taxation and reconciliation of records. Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of payroll cycles
- Maintain adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and audit standards.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, and other key stakeholders to align HR services with business objectives and improve overall employee satisfaction.
- Lead and participate in HR projects, including system implementations, HR policy updates, and process enhancements. Support change management initiatives and contribute to the success of key organizational projects.
- Participate in high-level projects that influence the employee experience, ensuring that HR processes support employees at every stage of their journey.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- A strong passion for improving HR processes and elevating the employee experience.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends for process improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data management systems, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Possess effective leadership capabilities, which requires a blend of strategic vision, strong communication, and the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve common goals.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR Operations, shared services, or a related HR role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended periods of computer use.
- Occasional travel may be required for project implementation or team meetings.
