Job Description:
As a key member of the myHR Tier 2 support team, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and resolving complex HR inquiries related to policies, processes, and systems—including areas such as leave management, the employee lifecycle, and Workday transactions. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will support employees and managers across all levels of the organization, collaborating with cross-functional partners such as Payroll, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Global Systems, and Compensation & Benefits to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting Workday transactions and providing resolution support to employees and managers.
- Escalate cases requiring specialized expertise to relevant teams (e.g., Payroll, Global Systems, Reporting), ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.
- Lead and contribute to projects and workstreams related to organizational changes such as acquisitions, reorganizations, and divestitures.
- Drive operational efficiency initiatives focused on enhancing the employee experience, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance—delivered within project timelines.
- Provide data analysis and reporting support, participate in system testing, and assist in the rollout of new Workday functionality.
- Deliver training and guidance to employees on HR processes, systems, and workflows as needed.
- Maintain and continuously improve internal and external knowledge content, including SOPs, desktop procedures (DTPs), and troubleshooting guides.
- Proactively manage priorities to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Collaborate closely with team members to refine and develop best practices across HR service delivery, including employee queries, contract management, and leave administration.
- Analyze case trends to identify recurring issues and recommend enhancements to systems and processes.
Education & Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday and working knowledge of ServiceNow.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, ideally within an international or multi-country HR environment.
- Demonstrated service-oriented mindset, with prior experience in customer service considered a strong asset.
- Fluency in English is required and professional proficiency in at least one additional European language (German, Polish, French) is required.
- Fluency in additional language (German, Polish, French, Spanish, or Dutch) is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are required.
- Proven stakeholder management capabilities with a focus on delivering effective solutions to internal customers is required.
- Familiarity and experience with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to work well independently and under pressure.
- Experience in creating reports, assessing, manipulating and presenting data in various formats.
- Experience working cross functionality with different stakeholders with a high responsiveness to business needs.
- Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a fast paced demanding environment.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Europe for training, development and other initiatives.
