Job Overview
The Associate Manager, HR Operations – Advanced Operations (Tier 2) EMEA is responsible for leading a team of HR Operations Leads, Senior Specialists, and Specialists who provide advanced HR operational support across the EMEA region. This role oversees the delivery of complex employee lifecycle transactions, data management activities, organizational changes, acquisitions and integrations, and advanced Workday support while ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop a high performing and highly engaged team within Advanced Operations.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and talent development activities.
Oversee complex HR transactions, organizational changes, restructuring, and employee lifecycle activities across EMEA.
Guide the resolution of advanced Workday and HR operations issues.
Drive and lead the acquisitions, integrations, and end to end employee data conversion activities.
Monitor SLAs, quality controls, service delivery metrics, and data integrity standards.
Drive system testing, process improvements, standardization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
Partner with Local HR, COEs, Payroll, Benefits, Leaves, WFM and regional as well as global HR Operations leaders to support strategic initiatives and organizational changes.
Develop and report on operational metrics and service performance indicators.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Qualifications & Experience
6+ years of relevant work experience required.
Out of which 3+ years of HR Operations, Shared Services, HR COE, or related experience preferred.
Prior experience leading or managing teams directly or indirectly.
Strong knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Experience with HR systems, with Workday, Service Now preferred.
