We’re Hiring – Senior HR Manager – MSC Transformation Program

Hybrid / On-site – Depending on Location

At FME, we are looking for an experienced HR transformation leader to play a key role in shaping the future of Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC) across our global organization.

As Senior HR Manager – MSC Transformation Program, you will lead the HR workstream of strategic transformation programs, partnering with business leaders, HR teams, and global stakeholders to translate business priorities into people strategies and drive successful organizational change.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the HR workstream for global MSC and Care Enablement transformation programs
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to define transformation strategies, priorities, and execution plans
• Drive change management and organizational enablement initiatives across complex transformation programs
• Act as a strategic HR partner, connecting business needs with people strategies and solutions
• Lead project planning, governance, KPIs, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables
• Collaborate with local HR, Strategic HR, Centers of Expertise, and HR Operations across different countries
• Support business cases and assess people-related impacts throughout transformation initiatives
• Build and share best practices, tools, and standards to strengthen HR project execution
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help embed sustainable change across the organization

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in HR, HR transformation, project management, or program management
• Experience leading complex, strategic, and/or international transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions, cultures, and geographies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex organizational environments
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Location

This position can be based in Reynosa, Tamaulipas; Tijuana, Baja California; Guadalajara, Jalisco; Jaguariúna, Brazil; or Bogotá, Colombia, depending on the selected candidate and business needs.
