- Define, implement, and maintain data quality rules, validation checks, and monitoring logic to prevent recurring data quality issues
- Continuously measure Content Quality Index (CQI) and Data Quality Index (DQI) for Critical Data Elements within assigned domains, and identify improvement areas
- Partner closely with HR Data Operations to investigate data issues, support root‑cause analysis, and ensure issues are resolved sustainably
- Work with HR Data Stewards to ensure recurring data issues are addressed through process, standard, or upstream system changes—not manual fixes
- Analyze data quality trends to identify systemic risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities across HR data flows
- Support HR process or system changes (e.g., Workday releases, policy updates, new use cases) by ensuring data standards and quality controls are updated accordingly for assigned HR domain areas
- Communicate data quality insights, risks, and progress clearly to HR, Data, and Technology stakeholders
- Contribute to the evolution of HR data quality practices, tooling, automation, and operating routines
