JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract - please only apply if you're open to this.The Senior HR Coordinator performs tasks, activities and processes that ensure the effective management of HR operations related to pay and benefits, recruitment, on-boarding and other general HR activities.
Provides support for ad-hoc projects that are managed and led by the People & Culture team including support for specific HR projects and initiatives which focus on optimising HR processes, ensuring consistent service delivery and supporting project implementation across Europe.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR record keeping.
Coordinate the full employee lifecycle: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, tracking hire paperwork. (Potential move to Qex)
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires: preparing orientation, documentation, IT access, benefits enrollment, and ensuring a smooth transition. (potential for GS India)
Maintain and manage HR data systems (Workday/Dayforce) ensuring employee records are accurate, up to date, and comply with legal/regulatory requirements. (Potentially GS India)
Assist with benefits administration: enrollments, terminations, changes; answer employee questions about policies, eligibility, claims. (Potential for GS India, interim local)
Monitor compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies; support audits, reporting, and documentation as required.
Serve as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries; escalate issues appropriately.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives (e.g. employee engagement, wellness programs, diversity & inclusion efforts).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in HR operations / human resources coordination / administrative HR role. Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality or a related industry is a plus.
Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance requirements.
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), payroll systems.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills.
High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common office software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Good level of English
Experience with real estate or property management HR context: knowledge of leasing, resident relations, maintenance staff, etc.
Comfortable with data analytics/reporting; able to generate insights from HR metrics.
