A team of specialized Reporting and Analytics specialists who help design and guide large transformation journeys with customer to benefit from insights in to enterprise wide data and analytics initiative.

About the Role

This consultant is a member of Workday’s APAC Global Services organisation passionate about the implementation of our Human Capital Management cloud-based software.
 

This role works with our evolving reporting and analytics product portfolio featuring exciting products such as Workday reporting tools, Prism Analytics, and People Analytics. You will work with client’s project team to design customer analytics strategy & understand customer pain points to tailor project deliverables.

This role works closely with the client’s project team to design, develop, and deploy our customer’s various analytic and reporting requirements. You must have knowledge of financial terminologies, core design principles, common data modelling and reporting patterns.

  • Design, Develop, and Deploy analytic and reporting solutions for Workday customers.

  • Ability to help clients resolve analytic and reporting issues associated with the Workday application.

  • Significant analytic or reporting experience in Human Capital Management related domains.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously across multiple countries.

  • Deliver on assigned schedules to ensure project timelines are met.

  • Contribute to our customer's experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.

  • Great teammate who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers.

  • Capability to mentor and share best practices with team members.

About You

Basic Qualifications
  •  7+ years Data Modelling Experience

  •  4+ years HCM reporting or Workday Reporting Experience

  •  3+ years of Prism or similar data merging experience

  • Ability to obtain, hold and maintain a security clearance to the required level, is an inherent requirement for this role

Other Qualifications

  • Understanding of APAC countries HCM business practices and typical reporting needs in HR

  • General understanding of APIs

  • Proficiency in Mandarin or any ASEAN languages

  • General understanding of Security/Data Governance

  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues

  • Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness

  • Good Consulting & presentation skills

  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

  • Motivated to understand various technologies used at Workday.

  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organisation skills
