The Associate Consultant is responsible for an end-to-end implementation of ERP including SAP - HCM. This includes the support in both business projects through design and implementation of HCM business solutions in SAP and in ongoing business operations. The consultant is an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate SAP technologies to deliver superior business impact.
Responsibilities
- Candidate should have understanding of the HR processes, implementation in the system in areas of the SAP HR / HCM, Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Time Management (PT), Payroll - India (PY).
- Hands on Experience on Payroll /Time Schemas and Rules Payroll of at least one country in Americas, Europe, or APAC
- Experience in Configuration of PA/OM/ Time Management/ Payroll/ Time/ ESS-MSS/
Essential Skills
Job
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP HCM, mainly India Payroll
- Experience in minimum 1 End to End SAP HCM Payroll implementations for each of the phases’ requirement gathering, conduct workshops, build, training, testing, data migration.
- Must have sound knowledge of Indian statutory forms and all HCM related statutory Compliances.
- Hands on Experience on Payroll /Time Schemas and Rules Payroll of at least one country in Americas, Europe, or APAC
- Excellent Communication and ability to work as team, as role will require to have extensive meetings/calls with all stakeholders and will be a single point of contact.
- Ability to handle Clients Issues, Requirements independently.
- Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables on time.
