Senior Hardware Integration Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Integration Engineer to join our expanding R&D team. In this role, you will collaborate with off-the-shelf component vendors to evaluate new technologies for integration into our products, qualify new hardware and firmware releases, and lead debugging efforts on complex technical issues. You will also provide hardware-focused support to internal teams, including Level 3 support, Manufacturing, R&D, QA, and IT.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware debugging, including servers, BMC, PCIe, IPMI, SAS/SATA/NVMe SSDs, JBODs, spinning drives, InfiniBand, firmware, PDUs, BBUs, and other related components.
• Expertise in Linux-based environments, with a strong command of system-level tools, logs, kernel interfaces, and debugging workflows.
• Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and computer networking concepts.
• Highly proactive, hands-on problem solver with a demonstrated “ownership” mindset, able to operate effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience working with large-scale, complex hardware products.
• Proven experience in scripting and automation using Bash and Python with the ability to build and support HW related platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field
