Role Overview:

As a Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Program Manager, you are the driving force behind the successful coordination and execution of go-to-market strategies for a number of our suite of products, especially new product launches. You collaborate with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, customer success, and analytics to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market plans. 

Your primary responsibility is to assist the VP of Sales in managing cross-functional GTM initiatives, aligning teams around shared objectives, and ensuring the timely execution of OKRs. You assist in architecting strategies and manage the project plan, drive coordination between departments,  ensuring execution aligns with organizational goals.

What you do each day:  

  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to design and drive go-to-market strategies, from prospect identification to product adoption
  • Act as the central coordinator for GTM initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, product, customer success, and other teams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, deliverables, milestones, and key performance metrics 
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, sales campaigns, and customer nurturing strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution 
  • Facilitate the execution of GTM initiatives by leading regular meetings with stakeholders, tracking progress, and addressing any blockers 
  • Work with teams to align on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and track the progress of initiatives to meet or exceed those objectives 
  • Present progress, roadmaps, and strategic updates to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Develop detailed executive-level presentations to communicate strategy and performance metrics 
  • Ensure seamless handoff from sales to customer success for new product adoption and user engagement, tracking adoption rates and overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business,  a related field, or equivalent work experience (Master's preferred)
  • Strong background in coordinating cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) -Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) 
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership, and executive-level communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery
  • Proven experience in driving go-to-market initiatives for SaaS or technology products

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to create compelling executive-level presentations
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks and their application in managing projects. Ability to influence and drive decision-making in a collaborative manner
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to executive stakeholders
  • Highly collaborative with experience working across departments to drive initiatives 
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using metrics to inform decision-making 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $100-000-$125,000 plus Bonus Opportunity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
