Monitor launch progress in real time, identify blockers early, and drive cross-functional resolution.
Proactively communicate launch status, roadblocks and path to green for every launch
Work with marketing and PMM teams to drive awareness, comprehension, and adoption among delivery partners through the right communication and enablement materials.
Build strong feedback loops from the ground to product teams by synthesizing field inputs, city feedback, and launch learnings into clear recommendations.
What success looks like
Products launch on time with strong operational readiness and low avoidable disruption.
GTM cycles are fast-tracked and completed well within time.
Rollouts are phased intelligently, with clear decision-making on pace, sequencing, and risk trade-offs.
City teams, support teams, and internal stakeholders are fully prepared and aligned ahead of launch.
Driver-facing features see high awareness, smooth adoption, and measurable business impact.
Risks, field issues, and adoption gaps are surfaced early and addressed quickly, preventing roll backs
Stakeholders and leaders receive timely status updates, clear escalation paths, and actionable decision options to unblock progress
What we are looking for
4-5 years of experience across GTM, product operations or business operations
Strong execution ability with experience driving cross-functional programs from planning through rollout & ability to drive alignment
Comfort operating in ambiguity and making structured decisions under changing on-ground conditions & ability to identify risks upstream
Strong analytical thinking; ability to define success metrics, interpret data, and drive action from insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across product, engineering, operations, support, analytics, and marketing.
Strong communication and documentation skills & ability to influence leadership
High ownership, bias for action, and willingness to get into field details when needed.
Prior experience in marketplaces, mobility, logistics, operations-heavy businesses, or scaled consumer tech is a plus
Able to conduct on-ground testing, spend time in the field to understand user pulse firsthand, and translate those insights into sharper rollout and product decisions
