The Senior Growth Strategy Analyst will aggregate data from disparate enterprise sources, build advanced financial models, and deliver insights that spearhead growth initiatives, advanced analytics, and operational efficiencies in support of the Head of Growth Operations and the broader Growth Organization. This analyst will sit at the intersection of business strategy and modern data/AI tooling — leveraging agentic development on Snowflake, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, alongside semantic views and data mesh architecture, to scale how leaders consume and act on data.
This is a highly visible role on a collaborative team that often operates at the forefront of firm-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in ambiguous environments, owning problems with no clear line of sight, and driving projects from ideation through executive presentation. This will be a hybrid role for our primary office location in Dallas, TX. Candidates are required to come into office 2-3 days a week on the set office HUB schedule.
What You Will Do
- Identify, collect, and analyze data from across the firm to produce advanced analytics, business insights, and data stories for senior leaders and team members.
- Design, build, and maintain Snowflake semantic views and semantic models that expose governed Growth Operations metrics (AUM, AUA, NNA/NNS, advisor productivity, attrition) to business and AI consumers.
- Develop agentic analytics solutions in Snowflake using Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, and Cortex Agents — including verified query libraries — to enable natural-language self-service for Growth leaders.
- Build conversational and workflow agents in Claude and Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrated with Snowflake and Salesforce, to automate recurring reporting, advisor profiling, and ad-hoc data requests.
- Contribute to the firm's data mesh architecture by defining domain-aligned data products, ownership, and quality standards for the Growth domain, ensuring interoperability with Finance, Advisor Services, and Operations.
- Build and maintain advanced financial models in Excel (forecasting, scenario/sensitivity analysis, advisor economics, growth ROI) to support strategic decisions.
- Serve as a trusted data resource across the team on projects varied in scope and complexity, partnering with stakeholders to translate business outcomes into data and reporting requirements.
- Develop presentations, dashboards, and reporting (Tableau, Snowflake’s Streamlit) that visualize results, recommendations, and forecasts for business group leaders and department heads.
- Automate data collection, reporting, and distribution wherever possible using Snowflake Tasks/Streams, Alteryx, and AI-driven orchestration.
- Support special projects and firm-wide initiatives as needed, often acting as the analytical lead from ideation through executive delivery.
What You Need to Have
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, including the ability to write intermediate-to-advanced SQL for aggregating and automating custom datasets and analytics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience building financial models in Excel, including advanced functions, dynamic arrays, Power Query, and scenario modeling.
- Hands-on experience developing semantic views / semantic models (Snowflake Cortex Analyst, dbt semantic layer, or equivalent) and a working understanding of data mesh principles (domain ownership, data products, federated governance).
- Experience building or prototyping agentic AI solutions — for example, Snowflake Cortex Agents, Claude-based assistants, or Microsoft Copilot Studio agents — including prompt design, tool/skill orchestration, and grounding agents on governed data.
- Intermediate experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau and Snowflakes Streamlit
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and building custom reporting solutions (reports, dashboards, custom report types).
- Comfort learning new tooling such as Airtable and emerging AI platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to take a data- and insight-driven approach to large datasets and ambiguous business questions.
What We Would Like You to Have
- Knowledge or experience in the wealth management industry.
- Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex (Analyst, Search, Agents, AISQL) and verified query patterns.
- Experience integrating LLM-based agents with enterprise systems (Snowflake, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams).

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual, multi-location team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple internal stakeholder groups, from analysts to executives.
