About the role

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Paid Media, you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel global performance marketing campaigns. These campaigns will specifically focus on the international growth of 3P channels. We are looking for a "hands-on-keyboard" expert with deep technical knowledge across these programmatic platforms. You will work on multiple ad hoc campaign initiatives ranging from Regional Marketing social media, direct partnership programmes, and more. You will be a key channel owner, driving user acquisition and brand awareness through creative testing, cross-departmental collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to meet our OKRs.

Core Areas of Responsibility
  • Operational Management & Execution
    • Manage the end-to-end planning, reporting, and execution of regional paid media efforts across Roku, PSN, XBOX, YouTube PrimeTime; and regional efforts like in META, Google, TikTok, and Snap.
    • Oversee performance marketing for key global territories, including the US, CA, AUS/NZ, SEA, and emerging markets.
    • Lead 3P International Distribution strategy across international markets such as MX, BR, UK, FR, DE, and Spain.
    • Create operational efficiencies by centralising performance data and creating global reporting frameworks.
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation
    • Develop and evolve growth strategies for regional and User Acquisition (UA) upper-funnel initiatives.
    • Lead multi-channel testing in 3P a la carte channels to prove incrementality and efficiency gains.
    • Scale emerging international territories on 3P from initial tests into "always-on" performance drivers based on Media Mix Modeling (MMM) insights.
    • Refine audience strategies through A/B testing.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Be the supporting role for regional heads, business development, and GTM partnership marketing for paid media
    • Manage external ad partner relationships and vet third-party proposals, including Anime News Network, MyAnimeList, or Webtoons.
    • Collaborate with the Lower Funnel team to guarantee a cohesive approach to acquisition.

In the role of Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will report to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing.

We are considering applicants for the location of London, UK.
