RAB Lighting is growing rapidly and is seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to startup our lead generation activities. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, attracting and converting potential customers into qualified leads. Leveraging your expertise in social and advertising platforms, including Amazon, Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook, you will create and implement targeted campaigns to effectively reach and nurture our target audience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement growth-focused marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, placing particular emphasis on the lighting and electrical industries.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions, considering the nuances of the lighting and electrical sectors. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead Generation: Execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, emphasizing the unique needs of clients in the lighting, electrical components, and electrical distribution sectors.
  • B2B and E-commerce Expertise: Utilize your experience in B2B marketing and Amazon to develop strategies that resonate with both our traditional B2B clients and those engaging through e-commerce platforms in the lighting and electrical distribution industries.
  • Email & Social: Manage the creation and execution of our email and social media accounts.
  • Cross-Channel Advertising: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms to maximize visibility and lead generation within the lighting and electrical sectors.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce Management: Oversee the effective utilization of HubSpot for marketing automation and Salesforce for lead distribution to outside sales reps and the inside sales team, ensuring these systems are tailored to the specific requirements of the electrical industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals in the lighting and electrical markets. Foster collaboration with content, design, and analytics teams.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

 Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation, preferably in lighting, electrical components, or electrical distribution.
  • Demonstrated success in utilizing HubSpot and Salesforce for marketing automation and lead management.
  • Strong expertise in Amazon, Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook advertising.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth marketing strategies in the lighting and electrical sectors.
