- Affiliate Growth (UAE): Lead and scale the UAE affiliate program, onboarding KOLs and partners to drive user acquisition and trading volume.
- Performance Management: Own acquisition and revenue KPIs for affiliates. Track performance, optimize conversions, and improve partner ROI.
- Influencer Strategy (UAE & MENA):Build and manage a long-term influencer program to grow brand awareness and trust across the region.
- Campaign Execution: Launch and manage campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Telegram. Oversee briefs, assets, and timelines.
- Brand Advocacy: Develop strong relationships with creators and partners, turning them into authentic OKX brand advocates.
- Measurement & Insights: Track key metrics across both growth and brand campaigns. Use data and feedback to improve and scale efforts.
- Experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech.
- Proven success working with KOLs, creators, and partners to drive growth and brand lift.
- Strong understanding of both performance-driven and brand-driven campaign KPIs.
- Experience with influencer platforms, affiliate tools, tracking links, and attribution.
- Knowledge of the UAE and broader MENA digital and influencer landscape.
- Skilled in negotiating, relationship management, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
