⭐ Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to work closely with our Growth department.
In this strategic role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that directly support business decisions, with a strong focus on acquisition funnel optimization.
As an embedded partner within Growth teams, you will analyze and optimize user journeys from acquisition to activation, conversion, and retention. You'll define key metrics, design and lead A/B experiments, and translate business KPIs into signals that drive growth.
You'll be the bridge between data and decision-making, ensuring our strategies are evidence-based and customer-focused.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
Own end-to-end funnel analysis, identifying drop-off points and conversion opportunities
Partner with Growth team to prioritize and measure funnel improvement initiatives
Define and track leading and lagging metrics, business KPIs (ARR, churn, LTV, CAC) and translate them into actionable product signals
Create insightful dashboards showing how product improvements impact customer value and business outcomes
Autonomously design and lead A/B tests focused on funnel conversion improvements across all areas, partnering with stakeholders
Proactively propose experiments to unlock new customer value levers and optimize conversion rates
Select success metrics, analyze results, and interpret statistical significance to inform decisions
Develop and maintain data models using dbt (incremental models, snapshots, documentation, generic tests, macros)
Apply data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schema, data-marts, SCDs) and optimize BigQuery queries using clustering/partitioning for performance and cost efficiency
Work as embedded peer within Growth team, participating in syncs and discovery sessions to surface customer pain points and bottlenecks
Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior analysts to promote excellence.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or Growth environment.
Proven experience in funnel analysis and optimization, with a track record of improving conversion rates.
Strong A/B testing expertise with proven ability to design complex experiments, running multi-testing and analyze statistical significance.
Strong business acumen and project management skills, with ability to connect analysis to objectives, define scope, and execute autonomously.
Expert-level SQL proficiency including window functions, query optimization, and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or similar) with strong understanding of visualization best practices
Pragmatic AI fluency: uses AI tools as a force multiplier for data work — from liberating insights out of unstructured sources and documentation, to accelerating ad hoc analysis and self-serve data requests.
⭐ How can you earn extra bonus points?

Familiarity with growth frameworks and product-led growth strategies
