Partner with engineering, platform, security, and product teams while participating in on-call support and post-incident reviews.

As a People Business Partner, you'll enhance Lodgify's growth by building people infrastructure, coaching managers, and optimizing performance processes.

Design on-brand visual assets across marketing channels, translate product features into clear visuals and illustrations, evolve and maintain brand consistency, direct AI-generated art, build scalable AI/design workflows and Figma design-system assets, and apply basic motion design using After Effects templates.

Design end-to-end SaaS product experiences for vacation rental hosts, from customer discovery and research through production-ready UI. Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity Figma prototypes, and reusable design-system components. Validate solutions through usability testing, analytics, and experimentation while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Research. Apply systems thinking, maintain design quality, and explore AI-powered tools to improve the design lifecycle.

Lead growth analytics by building and maintaining Marketing Mix Models, architecting scalable growth data models, measuring campaign performance and incrementality, enabling AI-driven analytics automation, designing CRM and lifecycle measurement, and delivering executive-ready insights while setting data governance and modelling standards across the Growth organisation.

Conduct outbound calls to qualified short-term rental leads and manage inbound web chat, perform discovery, schedule product demos for Sales Specialists, maintain CRM records, handle objections, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to refine messaging and improve conversion.

Prequalify inbound leads via phone, chat, and email; manage high-volume outreach (80–100 calls/day); engage prospects in real time via live web chat; log all activity in HubSpot CRM; pass qualified leads to Sales; support sales operations improvements and share insights to boost team performance.
