Define SLIs and SLOs, strengthen incident response and deployment safety, automate operational work, build internal developer platform features, support stateful systems, conduct disaster recovery drills, reduce toil, and optimize cloud costs. Partner with engineering, platform, security, and product teams while participating in on-call support and post-incident reviews.

Design end-to-end SaaS product experiences for vacation rental hosts, from customer discovery and research through production-ready UI. Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity Figma prototypes, and reusable design-system components. Validate solutions through usability testing, analytics, and experimentation while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Research. Apply systems thinking, maintain design quality, and explore AI-powered tools to improve the design lifecycle.

Lead growth analytics by building and maintaining Marketing Mix Models, architecting scalable growth data models, measuring campaign performance and incrementality, enabling AI-driven analytics automation, designing CRM and lifecycle measurement, and delivering executive-ready insights while setting data governance and modelling standards across the Growth organisation.

Conduct outbound calls to qualified short-term rental leads and manage inbound web chat, perform discovery, schedule product demos for Sales Specialists, maintain CRM records, handle objections, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to refine messaging and improve conversion.
