Let's start with the role
We are seeking a Senior GRC Analyst, to ensure that security requirements set by laws, regulators, licensing bodies, security standards, customers, and other relevant stakeholders are consistently met. This role is responsible for ensuring that technical security controls are effective and address company-wide security and data privacy risks, minimizing the probability and impact of potential security incidents.
As a Senior GRC Analyst, you will:
- Manage security and data privacy technologies.;
- Analyze security incidents and recommend appropriate countermeasures;
- Work with Agile project teams as well as on dedicated security projects;
- Provide feedback to technology teams regarding secure development practices and secure system life-cycle requirements, in line with ISO 27001 and PCI certification standards;
- Ensure that security requirements are integrated into the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity plans;
- Ensure security programs and data handling processes comply with applicable laws/regulations;
- Identify and mitigate security risks in a timely manner to minimize business disruptions that could affect Company revenue and good regulatory standing as per local Brazilian law;
- Support the establishment of Kaizen’s local presence in Brazil, both in the office and across local operations;
- Support and localize the Security Awareness program of Kaizen Gaming for the Brazilian market;
- Assume the regulatory required role of Security Officer with the full support and backup of HQ team.
What you’ll bring:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Information Security or a related field (Information Technology, Digital Systems, Applied Mathematics, etc);
- Experience in Information Security;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Knowledge and experience in the field of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery;
- Experience in risk Identification and Management aligned with International Standards;
- Solid understanding of technology and the IT industry, including standards, current trends and best practices;
- Possession of one or more globally recognized information security professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CIPM) is a plus
