Role Overview:

As a Senior Graphics Designer, you will lead the visual design projects across our platforms, infusing innovation and creativity into every piece of content. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create stunning visuals that resonate with our audience and elevate the KingMakers brand. Your experience and artistic vision will be key in ensuring our designs are not only attractive but also effective in communicating our message.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the design process for various projects, from concepts through to execution, ensuring a cohesive brand direction.
  • Create compelling graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets that enhance messaging and storytelling.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies; incorporate best practices into design work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Requirements

What you need for this role:

  • Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a senior or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of graphic design projects across different mediums.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Experience with UI/UX design concepts is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire the creative team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
