The Senior Backend Software Engineer will design and maintain high-performing backend systems, contribute to architecture discussions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure operational excellence across KingMakers' platforms.

Plan, execute, monitor and optimize online casino promotions and retention initiatives. Coordinate across marketing, product, CRM, compliance, design and operations to ensure accurate setups, QA, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Produce post-campaign analysis and recommend improvements to drive engagement, conversion, retention and ROI.

Manage day-to-day execution of brand, media and influencer marketing: run projects end-to-end, coordinate creative and media agencies, maintain brand assets, manage ambassadors/influencers, track competitors, and report progress to the Head of Marketing to ensure campaigns deliver on time, on brief, on budget, and to brand standards.

As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll design and optimize high-performance systems, provide technical leadership, and ensure reliability while collaborating with teams across the organization.

Lead frontend architecture and development across Sportsbook and Revenue Product domains. Build resilient, low-latency, accessible React applications, optimise performance at scale, integrate APIs, adopt AI-assisted tooling, mentor engineers, enforce standards, participate in on-call rotations, and drive cross-functional delivery.

Manage and publish multi-format sports content across owned social platforms, own the publishing calendar, optimize posts, engage audiences, track analytics and insights, collaborate with brand, content, design and performance teams, and maintain the social management tool and tagging structure to maximise reach and engagement.

Design and produce engaging 3D animations for social, web, and promotional content. Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to deliver brand-aligned visuals using 3D and video-editing tools, contribute to ideation, and meet tight deadlines while staying current with industry trends.

Manage daily financial operations, maintain journals and reconciliations, oversee payroll and supplier payments, prepare weekly/monthly reports, ensure tax submissions (VAT201, EMP201), support audits, and provide clear financial insights to stakeholders.
