Design, develop, and operate scalable backend systems, microservices, and marketing technology platforms. Own tracking, analytics, affiliate, attribution, and SEO infrastructure from design through deployment and support. Improve reliability, observability, performance, and security while participating in architecture, testing, incident response, and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with marketing, product, data, design, and engineering teams; translate business needs into technical solutions and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Owns day-to-day execution of brand, media, and influencer marketing initiatives. Manages project timelines, creative and media agencies, campaign assets, media plans, brand ambassadors, influencers, competitor tracking, procurement coordination, invoices, and reporting. Ensures campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, on brief, and consistently with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll design and optimize high-performance systems, provide technical leadership, and ensure reliability while collaborating with teams across the organization.

Plan and execute trade marketing across agent shops: in-shop branding, activations, roadshows and GTM launches. Engage agents and regional teams, design basic assets, track performance, and feed field insights to Product and Marketing to drive adoption and retention.
