Avaloq is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to craft impactful visual assets across brochures, reports, banners, and digital media formats. You’ll join an international team of skilled professionals, delivering brand‑consistent designs that strengthen Avaloq’s global presence in the financial technology industry. This role offers the chance to combine creativity and technical expertise to produce high‑quality work that engages audiences and drives brand impact.

Your key tasks

• Design and produce high‑quality assets including brochures, reports, banners, and digital media formats.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all communication materials.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet strategic objectives.
• Manage and organize design assets to keep projects streamlined and accessible.
• Coordinate with external agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of handed‑over tasks to stakeholders.

• 5+ years of professional experience in multimedia or graphic design, with a focus on graphic and document design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong knowledge of best design practices.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, or similar) to enhance creative workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• A proactive, resourceful mindset with a can‑do attitude and openness to change.

It would be a real bonus if you have

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience with Figma, including collaborative design workflows and prototyping.
• Awareness of current design and multimedia trends, paired with a great personality that enriches team culture.
