- Web and UI design in Figma (solid UI/UX understanding)
- Graphic design using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Brand and marketing collateral (logos, brochures, capability statements, presentations, etc.)
- Social media and digital campaign assets
- Website content updates (WordPress / Shopify)
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design
- Strong Figma — complete website designs (desktop and iPhone responsive), component-based structure, and developer-ready handoff
- Strong InDesign — magazines, publications, and multi-page documents using proper grids and paragraph styles
- Strong Photoshop — professional photo retouching and image production
- Strong Illustrator — branding and vector work
- Brand identity development and rollout across multiple channels (digital, print, social, and campaign)
- Campaign design across multiple formats and placements
- Poster design
- Meta ads — correct formats and platform sizing
- WordPress — content updates, image replacement, and page formatting (not development)
- Strong information hierarchy and layout structuring
- Understanding of real-world production requirements across print and digital outputs
- Understanding of commercial design outcomes, not purely aesthetic design
- Ability to take direction and execute precisely within an established style and brand system
- Ability to maintain consistency across multiple variations and formats
- Strong file organisation and naming conventions across Figma, Adobe, and WordPress
- High attention to detail and professional finish across all work
Work Arrangement
- Work Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Sydney time, should complete nine (9) hours work
