We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer professional Amazon design experience in an agency to develop visually appealing marketing materials for our brand partners across various industries. The ideal candidate has strong design experience, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, and ability to apply knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing and hierarchy in designs.

- Designs visually compelling digital marketing materials for diverse brand partners across industries.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, iterating based on feedback and performance data.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet individual and team deadlines.
- Adapts easily across projects with varying visual styles while applying advanced technical and design skills.
- Collaborates proactively, contributes innovative solutions, and may support or coordinate junior designers while continuing professional growth.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 4+ years of professional design experience, including 2+ years in an agency setting and 2+ years in Amazon design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong mastery of typography, spacing, hierarchy, and color theory.
- Expertise in designing for multiple screen sizes and platforms (desktop and mobile).
- Proven portfolio of e-commerce design work, strong design test performance, and effective English communication skills.
- Understanding of Amazon's Platform: Knowing the specific requirements and best practices for designing for Amazon.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership experience.
