About the role: Senior Graphic Designer at o9

As a Senior Graphic Designer, great design is simply the way you see the world. To you, everything can be translated into a form of art, and you cannot rest until what you’re creating reaches the level of visual harmony you’re looking for. Beyond that, you’ll be mentoring other designers over what makes a design great, and why. You have a clear sense of design systems and a natural inclination for visual coherence across outlets, channels, and mediums.

What you'll do

  • Carry out o9’s creative direction and ensure that all design iterations align with our brand identity and visual guidelines.

  • Develop visual assets for digital campaigns and events, spanning digital and print assets as well as storyboards.

  • Come up and create creative concepts and translate them into clear, compelling designs.

  • Mentor other designers and inspire them to never stop pushing the craft of great design.

  • Share inspiration, exchange ideas, and grow together with a team of 15+ creatives across video, graphic and motion design.

  • Keep templates, visuals, and brand materials up-to-date.

What you'll have

  • You have a higher professional education or equivalent professional experience in graphic design

  • A strong visual style, conceptual thinking, and an eye for detail

  • You have 4-6 years of experience as a visual designer.

  • You are a leader at heart and are comfortable giving actionable, constructive feedback to other team members.

  • You are a team player and a great communicator. You can easily translate your ideas and vision to the team, inspiring them to always strive for the best.

  • You have a creative portfolio with completed projects and innovative ideas that showcase your unique personality and take on design.

  • Love for art and an eye for creativity. You know the creative suite by heart (Adobe CC, Figma).
