Senior Graphic Designer

Why We Have This Role

At Qualtrics, visual storytelling shapes how we connect with our customers and express our brand. We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative studio, driving high-impact visual communications across marketing, digital, and event channels. This role is key to delivering clear, compelling designs that support company-wide initiatives and brand consistency. Working closely with marketing managers, copywriters, and fellow designers, you’ll lead projects independently and mentor others to elevate our creative output.

  • Takes ownership of design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring work is on-brand and impactful.
  • Translates complex strategies into visually compelling, clear, and innovative creative solutions.
  • Acts as a brand steward, maintaining consistency and quality across all design touchpoints.
  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, understanding business objectives and delivering accordingly.
  • Provides mentorship and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers, helping grow the team’s skills.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, with strong typography and design fundamentals.
  • Manages multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.

Things You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and execution of on-brand visual assets including marketing collateral, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, websites, and event branding to drive customer engagement.
  • Translate marketing objectives into innovative visual concepts and solutions that resonate across varied platforms.
  • Serve as a guardian of our brand by ensuring consistency and high-quality output in all creative materials and refining brand guidelines as necessary.
  • Own assigned projects, managing timelines, feedback, and final delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and creative teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful designs.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers by providing feedback, sharing best practices, and fostering professional growth.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency, design firm, or fast-paced in-house creative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • A strong, curated online portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals, typography, creative problem-solving, and a variety of print, digital, and environmental work.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and proficiency in Figma.
  • Knowledge or experience in basic motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly present and explain design decisions.
