Job Description Summary

As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Senior Graphic Designer works to executes the strategic vision on a variety of high level sales and marketing deliverables, including but not limited to top tier sales materials, digital graphics, content marketing projects, high level presentations, top tier events materials and other high level marketing collateral. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting visual marketing requirements by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under deadlines using Adobe CC and as required, Microsoft O360 applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word.

About the Role:

  • Review creative briefs and project requirements to ensure accurate and efficient design development.

  • Coordinate production of materials, including packaging artwork and print-ready layouts, while adhering to brand standards.

  • Design and format marketing collateral such as presentations, infographics, reports, and maps, using original or templated assets.

  • Manage project timelines and expectations, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and creative leads across regions.

  • Communicate effectively with US stakeholders and the Manila Creative Lead to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain quality control.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Graphic Design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator.

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience creating and designing presentations in Google Slides.
