Reporting to the GM Marketing – Repco ANZ, you will lead the design studio and work closely with Trade Marketing, Catalogue, Merchandise, Digital, Social and Content teams to deliver engaging, brand-aligned campaigns and collateral.

You will manage two direct reports while balancing hands-on design work, stakeholder management and competing deadlines.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support the design studio team to deliver accurate, high-quality creative work.
  • Develop printed catalogues, promotional flyers, brochures, trade press advertising and trade-show collateral.
  • Create digital assets including EDMs, B2B tiles and content for online platforms such as websites and NAVPro.
  • Partner with the Trade Marketing Manager, Trade Catalogue Manager and internal teams to support campaign execution and activations.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with Repco brand guidelines.
  • Manage design and marketing collateral through the SharePoint design platform.
  • Coordinate priorities, timelines and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Provide occasional design support to wider business departments.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive and compliant workplace in line with GPC Asia Pacific policies and OH&S requirements.

About you

You are a highly organised, creative and collaborative designer with strong leadership capability. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple deadlines, and take pride in producing polished work with exceptional attention to detail.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum five years’ graphic design experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing a team.
  • Corporate in-house design experience.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite capability, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and design for digital channels.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, time management and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities without compromising quality.

Desirable

  • Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro experience.
  • Experience with workflow tools such as Monday.com.
  • Animation, photography or videography skills.
