Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Senior Design Developer to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who will use experience and knowledge, including that of Proxy Design, to provide advisory and consultant services to clients to provide direction in meeting their project needs and goals to achieve and meet all regulatory requirements of the client. Schedules and oversees proxy design projects from pre-sale to production.

This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients and senior team members to understand design requirements and to support design development based on those requirements

  • Collaborate with Project Management, Customer Service and Composition on functional creative solutions for Proxy and Annual Report Design

  • Responsible for understanding business requirements and making appropriate recommendations for executing within our XPP or Indesign composition system

  • Provide customer service support as needed

  • Communicate directly with clients regarding design specifications and project requirements

  • Communicate directly with print vendors regarding print specifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Publication Design) with 5-7 years' experience.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Familiarity in print production processes, equipment, and substrates

  • Critical thinker with analytical problem-solving skills

  • Must possess good time management and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive, collaborative team player. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Comfortable in picking up new technologies

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Additional hours required during Proxy Season (February-April)

Salary range $90,000.00-$100,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
