Job Description
Key Role and Responsibilities: 1. Supplier Base Management 2. IC SOC Manufacturing & Design 3. Total Cost of Ownership Management 4. Contract Negotiation & Review 5. Materials and Services Management 6. Market Research
Roles and Responsibilities:
This role reports directly to the Head of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement. The role will be responsible for executing all materials and services management activities related to Memory and ASIC SOC. The high-level responsibilities are including but not limited to:
1. Develop and manage internal and external relationships to provide sustainable cost, quality, availability, and technology solutions while adhering to procurement policies
2. Partner with diverse stakeholders to lead and develop multi-year technical/commercial strategies that meet company’s near term and long term objectives based on business/market requirement
3. Conduct long-term analysis of the category/commodity and the supply ecosystem to drive overall Product Life Cycle requirement in various market segments
4. Acquire and maintain industry, market and technical knowledge of material requirement
5. Lead supplier sourcing, selection and performance management Negotiate purchasing contracts, investment strategy, statement of works and pricing for goods and/or other services
6. Drive cost saving opportunities in partnership with suppliers and stakeholders to meet business objectives. Develop new supply chain models for new or existing products or services
Required Functional/Technical Expertise:
1. Technical expertise in NAND, wafer stacking and Logic process technologies
2. Understanding of overall requirement for enterprise eSSD
3. Experience in materials management and materials engineering
Other Preferred Functional/Technical Expertise:
1. Experience in M&A Experience in an international organization
2. Experience in semiconductor industry
Preferred Background:
1. 15+ years of semiconductor industry experiences
2. Bachelor's or Master Degree Preferred in Engineering, NAND or SOC Supply Chain related field
