We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to step into the role of Sr Analyst, Global Supply Planning, driving towards excellence in our planning operations. In this position, you will play a key role by defining and driving our S&OP Supply Review with a focus on analyzing supply plan volume changes, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation strategies. In this role, you will
- Setup and drive strategic S&OP Demand and Supply Reviews and quarterly Executive S&OP Meetings. Compile comprehensive meeting materials, conduct in-depth analysis of supply plan volume changes, review constraints, and formulate actionable plans to mitigate supply risks.
- Spearhead the development and preparation of executive reports by adeptly collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from diverse sources. Collaborate with support teams to construct dynamic reporting structures using Mode, PowerBI, etc., extracting insightful and actionable insights.
- Propose process enhancements to optimize overall efficiency.
- Establish proficiency as an ERP/MRP super user within the team, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of advanced planning tools.
- Drive the publication of global inventory updates within the S&OP process, offering a comprehensive overview of excess and obsolete inventory along with strategic action plans.
- Drive quarterly Inventory reviews - Internal and external
- Execute and lead cross-functional projects within the supply planning domain, integrating project management skills to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Cultivate and foster robust relationships within the department and across cross-functional teams, showcasing a dedication to collaboration and alignment.
- Be skilled at Influencing, constructive confrontation, and driving clarity through complexity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ Years of relevant work experience (NPI Planning, Material Planning, S&OP)
- Project management experience
- Expertise in data analysis tools (Mode, Excel, Power BI) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Scenario planning experience and the ability to create comprehensive demand and supply reports.
- Strategic mindset aligning supply planning with overall business objectives.
- Strong organizational skills for managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach to working cross functionally to identify and address challenges.
- Self driven.
- Advanced degree or APICS Certifications a plus.
- Domestic or International travel required 10%
- Late evening or early morning meetings as required with global teams
The base salary range for this position is $101,000 - $162,000. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
