The Senior NPI Test Engineer supports manufacturing through software and hardware testing, improving processes, and providing technical support. Responsibilities include debugging tools, analyzing data for production metrics, and collaborating with teams to enhance testing procedures.

Lead New Product Introduction for complex optical/lidar hardware from prototype to low/high-volume manufacturing. Drive process readiness, yield analysis, quality and continuous improvement, create manufacturing documentation (BOMs, control plans, PFMEAs, SOPs), support APQP/PPAP/MSA activities, provide onsite engineering to resolve process/equipment issues, coordinate cross-functional and CM partners, and lead manufacturing transfers and Kaizen improvements. Develop motion control algorithms, analyze control system performance, and verify robustness to disturbances for the Aurora Driver's control system.

Define target-state architecture and roadmap, select and deploy IGA/PAM/CIAM solutions, design federation/SSO and access models (RBAC/ABAC/PBAC), govern policies/standards, and provide deep technical guidance for secure, scalable access and role engineering.
