Provides comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, expenses, communications, events, onboarding, and follow-up. Serves as a trusted liaison across teams, handles confidential information, anticipates executive needs, coordinates projects, improves administrative workflows, and supports special initiatives and team culture in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Handle inbound customer and partner support through phone, chat, and email for a safety-critical autonomous trucking operation. Triage urgency, resolve issues end to end, document contacts in Salesforce, meet response and resolution targets, escalate safety-critical matters, identify process gaps, and collaborate across teams. Work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule while adapting to evolving systems and support processes.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, public safety officials, road users, and partners through phone, chat, and email. Resolve routine and complex support issues, triage safety-critical requests, document cases in Salesforce, meet service metrics, maintain knowledge-base content, identify process improvements, and collaborate with partner teams. The role requires independent judgment, clear communication, technical aptitude, and availability for rotating 24/7 shifts.

Monitors vendor operational performance against SOPs and commitments, supports escalation resolution, maintains scorecard and performance data integrity, identifies emerging risks, and improves monitoring and escalation processes using Lean and DMAIC principles. The role coordinates across category leads, command center, field operations, and Autonomous Operations leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Owns cost-to-serve reduction across Aurora’s partner portfolio. Defines cost-efficiency metrics, targets, and improvement roadmaps; analyzes trends and pricing; leads cross-functional Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC initiatives; embeds productivity measures into vendor scorecards and business reviews; builds reporting infrastructure; presents business cases to executives; and develops scalable optimization playbooks.

Supports manufacturing test and automation for Aurora hardware. Responsibilities include debugging manufacturing test software, optimizing automated test procedures, analyzing production metrics, supporting manufacturing teams and customers, documenting test results, and leading cross-functional continuous-improvement efforts. The role requires Python programming, Linux, electronic test equipment, data-acquisition systems, manufacturing test development, verification and validation, and schematic interpretation, with international travel for contract manufacturer support.

Owns software readiness for Aurora’s expanding autonomous trucking network across lanes, endpoints, weigh stations, and truck stops. The role synthesizes cross-functional engineering status, leads executive reporting and escalation, aligns autonomy capabilities with commercial priorities, coordinates testing and mapping dependencies, forecasts vehicle demand, and builds scalable tracking processes and tooling.

Owns partner quality and safety programs across vendor categories. Defines quality standards, audit frameworks, certification requirements, scorecards, and corrective-action processes. Investigates systemic failures using root-cause analysis and Lean Six Sigma DMAIC, drives remediation with cross-functional teams, and communicates risk and tradeoffs to senior leaders. The role also develops quality playbooks, mentors operations teams, and embeds quality metrics into vendor reviews.

Monitor and support autonomous vehicle development missions on closed courses and public roads. Execute test assignments, monitor proprietary tooling, provide remote command support, triage issues, document observations, and deliver actionable feedback to testing and engineering teams. Follow formal escalation procedures, support command-center workflows, and contribute to cross-functional continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires flexible 4x10 scheduling, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays, plus up to 30% travel and full-time in-office work.

Coordinates real-time vehicle movements, dispatch, warehousing, reverse logistics, and freight activities across Aurora’s network. Manages data exchanges among NetSuite, EDI, JIRA, and partner systems while communicating risks, delays, and cost exposure to stakeholders. The role also develops continuous improvement plans, pilots emerging technologies such as AI and automation, and creates interim solutions for supply chain issues. Requires rapid prioritization, strong organization, and proactive coordination with carriers, suppliers, internal teams, and third-party logistics partners.

Drive company-wide budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, long-range three-statement planning, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Partner with executives on Opex, Capex, headcount, KPIs, capital allocation, and Board materials. Improve FP&A governance, systems, automation, and data integrity while presenting financial insights to leadership and managing strategic finance projects across the organization.

Partner with executives and HR leaders to develop compensation strategies, analyze market competitiveness, model pay alternatives, and improve compensation programs. Support compensation cycles, pay equity and transparency initiatives, job architecture, and compensation technology automation. Advise on salary structures, bonus and long-term incentive programs, benchmarking, survey methodology, and internal equity while contributing to Compensation Committee reporting and related projects.

Serves as the senior technical escalation point for complex hardware and software issues affecting an autonomous vehicle fleet. Builds and maintains internal troubleshooting tools, services, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge systems. Partners with engineering teams to identify root causes, improves triage and escalation workflows, mentors technical staff, and makes independent decisions in a safety-critical, real-time environment.

Own Aurora’s learning and development strategy, leadership and manager development programs, compliance training, and learning portfolio. Partner with HR and business leaders to assess needs, design scalable programs, manage delivery and evaluation, implement AI-enabled learning tools, oversee budgets and vendors, and report learning impact to senior leadership.

Own and improve software release test procedures, quality gates, execution standards, and feedback loops. Coordinate with Engineering, Release Management, and Operations to assess test evidence, triage failures, track defects, communicate risks, and support go/no-go decisions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase coverage, reduce testing cycle time, and improve release readiness in a safety-critical autonomous vehicle environment.

Leads Development Test Operations program management, setting strategy, governance, standards, reporting, and resource plans. Manages and develops Program Managers supporting engineering test programs across lane and network expansion, track testing, road testing, and related workstreams. Ensures quality planning, executable test requests, dependency management, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement across engineering and operations.

Leads weekend test execution across multiple engineering workstreams for autonomous vehicle development. Serves as the escalation point, executes playbooks, makes real-time resource and sequencing decisions, tracks blockers, communicates with leadership, and documents decisions for weekday continuity. Reviews execution results, produces weekly reports, and recommends plan adjustments. Requires independent judgment, technical fluency across hardware and software systems, safety focus, and Thursday-Monday on-site availability.

Establishes and leads Aurora’s Field Quality function for autonomous vehicle fleets. Responsibilities include fleet issue evaluation, RCCA and CAPA management, quality dashboards, cross-functional hardware and software investigations, corrective action validation, launch readiness, process governance, team building, audit support, and continuous improvement. The role manages Field Quality Engineers and Technicians while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Service, and Program Management to improve fleet reliability and safety.
