- Lead the design, development, and implementation of GIS
solutions using ESRI technologies in line with business requirements.
- Provide expert advice on geospatial strategies, system
architecture, and best practices.

training when required.
Requirements
Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Science,
Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Preferred
to hold Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and/or Oracle Certified
Associate (OCA) certifications.
- ESRI
certification is an advantage.
Minimum
Experience:
- Minimum
of 5 years of professional experience working with ESRI products,
including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and Portal for
ArcGIS.
- Minimum
of 3 years of experience working with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases.
Job-Specific
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong
proficiency in ESRI products (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS
Online, Portal for ArcGIS, and related tools).
- Experience
in Oracle and SQL Server database management.
- Ability
to work independently on assigned projects as well as collaboratively
within a team environment.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong
programming skills in languages such as Python, PL/SQL, C#, VB.NET, HTML5,
and/or JavaScript.
- Ability
to communicate GIS requirements effectively to non-GIS professionals.
- Knowledge of servers and network infrastructure
administration.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 5 years of professional experience with ESRI products
