As a Senior Geophysics, you will also be responsible for:
- Providing seismic interpretation expertise to subsurface studies in the oil and gas and energy transition areas.
- Applies existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes. Viewed internally and externally as a specialist in discipline.
- Project manages, presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
- Communicates solutions across their own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.
- Advising and engaging with internal/external clients on ongoing projects and in sales related activities

To be successful in this role you will:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 10 additional years of experience in Geophysics, Seismic Interpretation or related field.
- Seismic Processing Knowledge/Experience
- Seismic Interpretation -advanced capabilities. - Experience with sequence stratigraphy analysis
- Seismic Well tie analysis with VSP knowledge for phase and character ties
- zero-angle-1D Synthetic Modelling with sonic calibration analysis. AVO synthetic generation with fluid substitution capabilities
- Pre and Post Stack Seismic Inversion experience. Depth Conversion modelling.
- Static Model GRV construction. Basic to intermediate static modelling ability Seismic Attribute analysis
- Seismic Angle Stack Analysis with use in Pre-stack inversion. Reserves and Resource assessments (Minimum 5 years’ experience over their career)
- Unconventional Resources and CCS subsurface abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in integrated project teams.
- Proven experience and expertise in relevant software applications including Petrel, Kingdom, Insight, etc.
- Expérience with Quantitative Interprétation, AI / ML techniques view positive. Experience with potential field data: gravimetry, MT etc. viewed positively.
