We are looking for experienced Genesys Cloud Consultants to join our expanding team of specialists. In this contract-based role, you will have the flexibility to engage in innovative projects for global clients based on their specific needs. This position is ideal for professionals looking for part-time or project-based opportunities.

Key Focus Areas:

• General Genesys Cloud Architect and Professional Services Skills:

Deliver professional services support related to Genesys Cloud architecture, ensuring effective implementation and seamless integration within client operations.

• Genesys Cloud Training:

Conduct training sessions for various roles, including supervisors, administrators, users, and architects, to enhance their understanding and effective use of Genesys Cloud features.

• Genesys Cloud Workforce Management (WFM):

Provide expert guidance and best practices to optimize workforce management processes within the Genesys Cloud environment.

• Additional Competencies:

Experience with CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) with the Genesys Cloud environment
