📌 What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep our numbers in check by recording monthly transactions accurately in the accounting system
- Make sure everything runs smoothly and in line with Vietnamese regulations & company policies
- Track, review, and reconcile bank transactions, payments, receivables & payables — no detail is too small for you
- Handle VAT invoices and support asset management & inventory checks when needed
- Take charge of tax declarations and finalizations (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT, etc.) with confidence
- Support accounting work across different branches — a great chance to broaden your exposure
- Prepare clear and timely internal financial reports to support decision-making
- Jump in on ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with the team whenever needed
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and Vietnamese tax regulations
- Good command of English (both written & spoken)
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, and other office tools
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
- Careful, responsible, and able to work independently
