Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Developer to join our development team.
This role is focused on developing mobile puzzle and hybrid casual games from prototype stage to soft launch and global launch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical development, modular gameplay systems, performance optimization and publisher-driven iteration cycles.
We are looking for a developer who is strong in Unity and C#, but also understands mobile game production, publisher expectations, soft launch requirements, sprint discipline, scalable code architecture and data-driven iteration.
The ideal candidate has worked on published mobile games, especially in puzzle, hybrid casual or casual genres, and has hands-on experience with publisher feedback, launch preparation, mobile optimization, analytics integration and deadline-driven production.
Responsibilities
Develop clean, modular, scalable and maintainable gameplay systems using Unity and C#.
Build mobile puzzle and hybrid casual games from prototype to soft launch and launch stages.
Rapidly prototype new game ideas, mechanics and features.
Work closely with product, design and art teams to implement engaging and polished mobile game experiences.
Iterate quickly based on feedback, test results and player behavior data.
Maintain strong deadline discipline and deliver assigned tasks within agreed sprint timelines.
Provide regular progress updates and ensure clear communication within the team.
Optimize mobile game performance including CPU, GPU and memory
Design reusable and extendable code architecture for faster prototyping and scalable production.
Create internal tools, level editors, debug panels or workflow improvements when necessary.
Integrate and maintain SDKs such as Firebase, GameAnalytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, AppLovin, ironSource and AdMob.
Support Remote Config, A/B testing, economy tuning and live ops workflows from the technical side.
Prepare Android and iOS builds for internal testing, publisher review, soft launch and store submission.
Use Git-based version control professionally and follow clean collaboration practices.
Use AI tools effectively for coding, debugging, documentation, test scenario creation and development productivity.
Maintain high quality standards, technical ownership and professional discipline throughout the development cycle.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Unity mobile game development.
Advanced C# programming skills.
Proven experience working on at least one published mobile game.
Hands-on experience in puzzle, hybrid casual, casual or matching mobile games.
Must have experience working with a publisher and participating in soft launch / launch processes.
Experience developing or iterating mobile games based on CPI, retention, playtime, funnel or similar product metrics.
Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns and modular code architecture.
Experience with Unity Addressables, ScriptableObject-based data structures or custom editor tools.
Strong experience in mobile performance optimization, memory management, profiling and build optimization.
Experience preparing Android and iOS builds for testing, publisher review and store submission.
Experience integrating monetization SDKs such as AppLovin, ironSource, AdMob or similar platforms.
Professional experience with Git or similar version control systems.
Strong ownership mindset, deadline discipline and clear communication skills.
Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly in the development process.
