Job Title: Senior Fund Accountant
Location: Shanghai

Description

This is an exciting opportunity for Senior Fund Accountant to join an inclusive and welcoming team in Shanghai. The job offers a favorable salary and benefits package, including medical insurance.

Job specification

• Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries and cash reconciliation for Fund and SPV investment structures, holding companies and management corporations.

• Perform a review role over management accounts, financial reports, cash reports and investors reports.

• Assist in preparation of drawdown, equalisation and distribution calculations and notices in accordance with the Fund documentation

• Prepare and process payments in accordance with internal police

• Follow up with the payment team to ensure all payments are settled in a timely manner

• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager

Skills Required:

• Degree in accounting, finance and a minimum of three years of fund accounting and fund administration work experience within a professional environment with some knowledge of IFRS；

• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese;

• A drive to meet deadlines and a keen interest in financial markets;

• Knowledge of the local regulatory environment is a plus. Benefits.
