Responsible for defining and documenting vision, functional requirements and design using solution management tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives with engineering and business leaders on roadmap execution by providing user stories that help drive the solutions forward.
- Work with the client and consulting organizations as a subject matter expert on Netsmart analytics solutions to provide solution knowledge for new or existing clients.
- Communicate directly with existing clients to ensure the tools to be successful are readily available.
- Work with our clients to jointly develop appropriate policies and procedures, ensuring successful adoption of Netsmart analytics solutions.
- Promote process improvement opportunities for clients and within Netsmart for solutions.
- Support client escalations and provide timely resolution following in-depth problem analysis.
- Identify new Analytics Services contracts at client organizations to further optimize the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) solution.
- Work directly with marketing to capture client success stories and case studies of ROI metrics demonstrating the value of the analytic solutions.
- Work directly with the support organization to ensure speedy resolution of client issues and ensure healthy outcomes.
- Understand the business requirements to support customer services for analytics solutions.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field.
- At least 4 years of testing, development or solution-related work experience
- At least 2 years of Agile development work experience
- At least 1 year of software development experience contributing to or reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria
- At least 1 year of health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience
