We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong ownership and technical depth to contribute to the design and development of scalable, high-availability systems. This role is hands-on and impact-driven, focused on building robust APIs, backend services, and modern frontend components within cloud-based architectures.
You will work closely with the Tech Lead, Product, and Engineering teams, contributing senior-level technical input, mentoring developers, and helping evolve architecture and development practices in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Build and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices supporting critical financial workflows.
- Contribute to the design of scalable, high-availability architectures in cloud environments.
- Work with both relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support the Tech Lead with technical decision-making, code reviews, and mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
- Apply DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance optimization.
- Take ownership of complex technical challenges, from design through production support.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve system architecture, reliability, and development processes.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and reliability, especially in payment or transactional systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in full stack or backend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
- Solid experience designing and building APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems.
- Proven experience building scalable, high-availability applications, preferably in financial or transactional environments.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously on complex systems.
