Support recruitment and onboarding by coordinating hiring processes with managers, managing HR documentation and ATS/HRIS, creating policies and training materials, handling confidential employee information, and supporting employee engagement to improve the overall employee experience.

Sell website and CMS solutions to credit union clients by identifying prospects, conducting discovery and demos, preparing proposals, managing the sales pipeline and CRM, collaborating with internal teams for scoping and delivery, and meeting revenue targets while staying current on product and industry trends.

Maintain and improve reliability, availability, and performance of AWS cloud environments. Build automation, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines. Implement monitoring and observability, perform incident management and RCA, optimize deployments, and collaborate with engineering, platform, and security teams to support production systems.

Lead the build-out of sales enablement and partnerships to drive revenue in the credit union market. Create onboarding, training, content libraries, and manage CRM and enablement tech. Source, evaluate, negotiate, and own partner contracts, pricing and integrations. Coordinate with Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to operationalize partnerships, inform pricing, and report performance to the CEO.

Own and optimize Blossom’s end-to-end lead generation and digital presence using AI-native tools. Build pipeline across credit unions and adjacent markets, run integrated demand generation (content, SEO, paid, email, LinkedIn), manage HubSpot rev ops and analytics, deploy agentic AI workflows and GEO strategies, produce publish-ready content, and iterate campaigns to drive measurable pipeline.

Support multiple Product Owners with operational product tasks: maintain documentation, generate reports and dashboards, assist releases and roadmaps, conduct benchmarking and research, implement AI-driven automation for stories, notes, and reporting, and propose process improvements while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end onboarding, migration, and integration of credit union card programs (credit, debit, prepaid, digital). Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, ensure Visa/Mastercard/PCI compliance, manage project plans, testing, certifications, cutovers, and stakeholder communications to deliver successful program launches and migrations.

Build and maintain production mobile apps (iOS and Android) using React Native. Ship OTA updates, write detailed specs, validate AI-generated code, work with backend services, and own products end-to-end in a fintech environment.
