Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. Build features, work with RESTful APIs and MySQL, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with product/design/engineering, participate in agile ceremonies, and ensure code quality and performance.

Build and maintain production mobile apps (iOS and Android) using React Native. Ship OTA updates, write detailed specs, validate AI-generated code, work with backend services, and own products end-to-end in a fintech environment.

Work with Product Managers, Design, Development, and QA to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, write user stories and acceptance criteria, manage roadmaps, support releases, and help deliver fintech product features across the product lifecycle.

Support Product Owners with operational and analytical tasks: documentation, reports/dashboards, release notes, roadmap tracking, benchmarking, research, and implementing AI-driven automation to improve product processes. Collaborate across teams and propose process improvements.

Own and improve Blossom's financial and revenue models, lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and cash forecasting, run monthly variance analysis, manage product-pricing processes and pricing models across software, hardware, and services, partner with Product, Sales, and Accounting, produce management/board reporting and provide deal and pricing guidance.

Provide first-line support for credit union clients using core banking platforms, troubleshoot member data and transaction issues, document tickets, escalate complex problems, assist with installations/updates, maintain documentation, and deliver user training and exceptional client service.

Develop and maintain PHP backend services following service-oriented architecture. Integrate third-party APIs and SSO, collaborate on relational database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), use Docker and AI-assisted coding tools, participate in code reviews, and follow Git/version-control best practices.

Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks and automated tests to ensure software quality. Execute UI and API automation, integrate tests into CI/CD, create test cases, track and report bugs in Jira, and collaborate remotely with engineering teams to prevent regressions and improve release quality.

Lead technical support for card operations, troubleshooting authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes, tokenization, and ISO 8583 message flows. Manage escalations, lead Sev-1/Sev-2 incident response, author RCAs, mentor support staff, maintain runbooks, and coordinate fixes with Engineering, Product, Risk, and Network Operations to improve service reliability and meet SLAs.

Own and optimize Blossom’s end-to-end lead generation and digital presence using AI-native tools. Build pipeline across credit unions and adjacent markets, run integrated demand generation (content, SEO, paid, email, LinkedIn), manage HubSpot rev ops and analytics, deploy agentic AI workflows and GEO strategies, produce publish-ready content, and iterate campaigns to drive measurable pipeline.
