Leads the client-facing delivery organization across implementations, professional services, and client education. Oversees complex financial technology implementations, data conversions, go-live readiness, partner performance, staffing, budgets, services revenue, delivery methodology, and executive client escalations. Establishes standards, metrics, training programs, and quality gates while ensuring predictable launches and effective transition to support.

The Junior Product Owner will collaborate with Product Managers, Design, Development, and QA teams to translate business needs into product requirements. Responsibilities include defining user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing backlogs, supporting roadmaps, coordinating product releases, and contributing throughout the product lifecycle using Agile/Scrum practices.
