As a Full-Stack Developer in the New Initiatives team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our applications that span across mobile, web, and backend services.

The impact you will create:  

• Lead the design and development of scalable mobile, web, and backend solutions.
• Build mobile applications for Android using Kotlin/Java and Flutter.
• Develop backend services using Scala to power key features.
• Implement user interfaces using any modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices.
• Deliver high-quality software by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Participate in architectural discussions and design solutions that meet business requirements.

What you bring in: 

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Android development using Kotlin/Java and Flutter.
• Proficiency in backend development with Scala.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
• Experience with databases such as Redis, Postgres, and/or Cassandra.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in building side projects on their own or experience with smaller startup teams.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with cloud platforms and gRPC.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
