Senior Fullstack Engineer

What Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Develop FullStack AWS architecture and designs for web applications and microservices using EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Amplify, IoTServer, CDK, SQS, and IAM.
• Take concepts and create prototypes and propose best usability, workflow, and features
• Create data integrity tools, groom data, and manage schemas
• Contributes to integration between organizations and designing best practices and security models
• Design and implement ElasticSearch schema and queries
• Implements SDLC with proper Architecture, Design, and Test documentation as well as code reviews, unit tests, and integration testing.
• Create and Deploy site management and monitoring tools to ensure reliability and high uptime

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 8 years of direct software development experience in web based development environments
• Cloud: AWS – minimum 4 years
• Web Framework: Ampllify – minimum 2 year
• Languages: Javascript, Typescript, NodeJs, Python nice to have, GraphQL preferred
• OS:Windows
• Front End: React – minimum 4 years, Material UI preferred
• Testing Tools: Cypress Test Framework preferred
• Database: DynamoDB and SQL
• Source Control: bitbucket/git
• Authentication: OAuth2.0, SAML
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Medical Device regulations (e.g ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304) preferred
• Experience with HIPAA and GDPR preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT

You will occasionally be exposed to engineering labs, a machine shop, and manufacturing clean rooms. The environment is subject to moderate noise from machinery (IE machine shop equipment, the PROCEPT Aquablation unit, computer equipment, printers, etc.), for which proper hearing protection may be assigned and worn.

You may be exposed to hazards including electrical sparking, water, and chemicals, for which proper protective equipment will be assigned and worn.

You will occasionally/frequently be exposed to clinical operating rooms, for which proper personal protection equipment will be assigned and worn.

While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly working in a warehouse environment.

You will be expected to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY

PROCEPT is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, PROCEPT utilities the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
