The Senior Full Stack Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting enterprise-grade software applications while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the organisation's technology platform. The role provides technical expertise across the software development lifecycle, delivers high-quality, scalable and secure solutions, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. As a senior member of the engineering team, this role shares knowledge, supports other developers and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements

·         Design, develop, test, deploy and support enterprise full-stack software applications.

·         Develop scalable, secure and maintainable software solutions using modern engineering practices.

·         Contribute to solution design and provide technical input for new features and enhancements.

·         Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.

·         Participate in implementation planning and technical estimation for development initiatives.

·         Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and coding best practices.

·         Support and mentor less experienced developers through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

·         Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.

·         Identify and resolve software defects, performance issues and technical challenges.

·         Contribute to reducing technical debt and continuous platform improvement.

·         Assist with investigation and resolution of production incidents.

·         Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.

·         Participate in the team's on-call support roster.

·         Promote secure coding practices, CI/CD automation and software quality.
