About the Team
Come join us at Zoom as a Senior Fullstack Engineer with the Zoom Workforce Management team! This team is focused on building, enhancing, and adding new features to our workforce management solution. This is part of the rapid growing Zoom Contact Center team. This is an exciting product area filled with potential for people looking to make an impact!
Responsibilities

Being capable of turning product requirements into delightful user experiences

Being comfortable with CI / CD and capable of building quality pipelines using Turborepo, Docker,

Kubernetes, and Gitlab

Designing databases, backend services, and UI components using Next.js, TailwindCSS, Node.js, GraphQL, and Typescript

Being familiar with tools for debugging and tracing production systems.

Helping design software architecture, coding standards, and code quality standards

Participating in code reviews and ensure that code is thoroughly tested and documented
What we’re looking for
-
Hold a bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications with React.js, Node.js, and Typescript;
expertise in git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Have advanced level proficiency in SQL databases with a deep understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
-
Have excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Experience with Next.js, Prisma ORM, GraphQL, TailwindCSS, Fastify, and familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.

Be familiar with Agile development, open source or personal projects, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), and enterprise package distribution (e.g., Jfrog, Artifactory).
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$94 600,00
Maximum:
$218 700,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
