We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP Technical Lead with a strong web development background to guide end-to-end architecture, development, approval, deployment, and maintenance of SAP-integrated solutions.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, leading architectural decisions, ensuring SAP compliance, and driving successful delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.
Experience with Azure, C#, and React is a strong plus but not mandatory for candidates with deep SAP and web architecture expertise.
- Architect scalable and secure SAP-integrated web solutions.
- Lead the technical strategy from design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Guide the team through SAP approval processes and compliance requirements.
- Design system architecture, integration patterns, and deployment models.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
- Oversee code quality, CI/CD, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to development teams.
- Maintain and optimize deployed applications.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP development/architecture.
- Strong experience in SAP integrations (BAPI, OData, APIs, IDocs, etc.).
- Solid background in web application architecture.
- Experience guiding SAP approval and compliance processes.
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system design and best practices.

• Experience with cloud architecture and DevOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with SAP BTP or SAP Fiori is a plus.
