We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a leading fintech development team and lead the design and development of our core products using modern Microsoft and web technologies. 

Senior engineers in our team take technical ownership, mentor other developers, and drive best practices across the stack. 

  

About the role 

  • Work as part of and help lead a cross-functional development team in a fast-paced financial domain. 
  • Design and develop end-to-end features across backend services and frontend applications, with ownership from concept to production. 
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality software and architecture decisions. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product and QA to deliver business-impacting solutions and improve engineering processes. 
  • Mentor team members, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices.
     

  

Responsibilities 

  • Own the design and development of backend services using .NET Core 9+ and C#. 
  • Lead implementation and maintenance of modern web applications using Angular 19+. 
  • Define and review database schemas and write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures on MS SQL Server (MSSQL). 
  • Lead code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making across the team. 
  • Set and enforce code quality, performance, and security best practices. 
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across the stack in all environments, including production. 
  • Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and help shape the team’s technical roadmap.
     

  

Requirements 

  • At least 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, including ownership of production systems. 
  • Proven practical experience with .NET Core (version 9 or higher) for designing and building large-scale server-side systems. 
  • Solid experience building complex SPAs with Angular (version 19 or higher), including architecture and performance tuning. 
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and writing optimized queries in MSSQL. 
  • Experience leading technical initiatives, owning features end-to-end, and collaborating with stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. 
  • High motivation to mentor others, introduce best practices, and continuously improve the codebase and architecture. 

Nice to have 

  • Experience designing and building services with Node.js. 
  • Experience with React and micro‑frontend architectures. 
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, observability, and modern DevOps practices. 
  • Experience in fintech or other regulated domains, including security and compliance considerations.
