Job Description: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node & React)We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong orientation towards Backend development to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive and enthusiastic engineer with extensive experience in building consumer-facing products. We seek a professional who not only possesses deep technical knowledge in Node.js and React but also shares the Santex culture of participation and continuous growth.
Responsibilities- Product Development: Design and build scalable, high-performance features for real-life, consumer-facing products and services.
- Backend Excellence: Take the lead on server-side logic and database management, ensuring robust and efficient system performance.
- Full-Stack Collaboration: Work across the stack using React and modern JavaScript frameworks to deliver seamless user experiences.
- System Architecture: Make informed decisions regarding relational and non-relational database systems, understanding their practical tradeoffs.
- Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Innovation: Implement modern programming patterns (Functional and OOP) and stay updated with industry trends to drive technical excellence.
- Experience: 7+ years of engineering experience in professional software development environments.
- Backend Mastery: 5+ years of specific experience with Node.js (this role is more BE oriented).
- Frontend Skills: Proven experience with React.js and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
- Core Stack: Proficiency in Node.js, React, and AWS.
- Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience with both relational and non-relational database systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- English: Advanced English proficiency is required (Excellent verbal and written communication skills).
- Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and Apollo.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda).
- Familiarity with Terraform and serverless technologies.
- Experience with monitoring and CI/CD tools: Datadog, Circle CI, LaunchDarkly.
- Familiarity with product analytics and event tracking (e.g., Amplitude).
